  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your plush toys.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
    • Domestic Shipping (US): Typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.
    • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by region and typically take 7 to 21 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • LLC Hantasico is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you.
  • If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first, then reach out to us so we can help investigate.
