Refund policy

Thank you for adopting a plush friend from LLC Hantasico! We want you to be completely happy with your new stuffed animal. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return for your plush toy.
  • To be eligible for a return, your gấu bông must be unused, in its original condition, free of any stains, odors, or damage, and ideally with its original tags attached.
  • Please provide your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase to initiate the return process.

Non-Returnable Items For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Personalized, custom-made, or embroidered plush toys.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear and tear after delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your returned gấu bông is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your plush toy arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong gấu bông, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
